Hey guys! This is my breakfast at least 4 times a week. It is so easy to put together and for someone trying to stay healthy or lose weight, you might want to check this out. You can use any fruit you like. My favourites for this recipe are apples, bananas and mangos!
What you will need –
- 1 apple
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2/3rds cup of milk
- cutting board and knife
- a bowl and a spoon
- OPTIONAL – a bit of cinnamon powder
How to prepare –
- Start by washing and chopping your apple into little pieces.
FYI – 1 apple has about 52-95 calories. Depends on how many grams the apple is. a 100-gram apple has 52 calories and a 182 grams apple has 95 calories.
- Transfer the cut apple pieces to the bowl and add 1 tsp of sugar.
FYI – 1 tsp of sugar has 16 calories.
- Add 2/3rds of a cup of milk. This is more than enough for 1 apple so don’t too much and then waste milk.
FYI – Half a cup of milk consists of 52 calories. So 2/3rd of a cup is obviously lesser. You can do the math! Here is a fun math question for you xD
So that’s it! No cooking required. All you need is a fruit, some milk and sugar. Your easy peasy healthy breakfast bowl is now ready! 😀
For some extra flavour you can always add whatever pleases you. I like to add some cinnamon powder ❤
